17 & 18th August: 2 Day Uni Student Course
Monday 17-Tues 18th August 2020 from 9am till 4.30pm
The course will cover basic hygiene, kitchen & knife skills, budget buying & cooking, menu planning, basic food & nutrition theory. Students will have everything demonstrated and then will have the chance to do their own practical cooking & take home everything they make.
We will provide all course material, info packs, recipes, ingredients, apron & certificate of participation to take home and use of equipment.
Please carry a refillable water bottle, pen & tupperware.
