How much will it cost?

We tailor-make each event to suit your budget and you can get an idea from our menu downloads on the services page. There are no hidden costs.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We require a 50% deposit to reserve the date and menu. The remaining balance MUST be paid 14 days prior to the event starting; without payment there is no event. Full payment is due at the time of booking if scheduling within 30 days of the event. Some equipment has an extra deposit to cover any breakages.
What does your outside catering service include
Our basic outside catering service includes staff for 4 hours plus an hour free for setting up and a further hour for clearing down. Staff hire is charged from when they are required at the event until the event ends. Extra hours are charged per staff, per hour.
Either Graham or a Manager will be at EVERY event, ensuring the highest levels of excellence.
Once the menus have been chosen we do the rest to ensure you are fully satisfied.

What if I don't live in Nairobi
We are fully mobile throughout Kenya and can cater in even the most remote areas, call us for a quote!
How many people can you handle
We can easily cater for 30 to 500. If you have a more intimate number, please call us for a quote
Can you just drop the food off so it looks like I did it
Yes! If you don't want a caterer at your event or want to impress your friend's with your prowess in the kitchen we will drop off everything you need before the event and collect the plates the next day so no one will ever know...Please see our 'At Home Menu'

We can provide the bar (you provide the drinks) and charges start from just 25,000ksh for up to 50 pax
Cost to provide the full bar service includes:
Bar staff & washing staff
All ice - for drinking and cooling
All condiments - fruit slices, ice, Worcester sauce, tabasco etc
All cool boxes, bar equipment, optical, openers, trays, muddlers, shakers etc
All disposables - cups, serviettes, toothpicks, straws etc
Jugs for water/juice/ cocktails
Corkage is charged on ALL alcoholic beverages:
Wine & sparkling wine 750ml @400
Spirits (750ml & 1lt) @400
Wine casks & over 1lt spirits @500
Champagne @400

OUR RATES ON DEPOSITS & HIRE:
- Glasses are hired out at 20ksh per glass
- Breakages on glasses are charged at 250ksh per glass
- Champagne flutes are hired out at 30ksh per glass
- Breakages on flutes are charged at 500ksh per glass
- Cocktail glasses are hired out at different rates
- Breakages on cocktail glasses are charged at 950ksh per glass
- Deposit on bottles are charged at 20ksh per bottle
- XL cool boxes (capacity is approx 3 crates of beer) are hired at 500ksh per day
- Refundable deposit on cool boxes are 5,000ksh each
- Chafing dishes are hired at 550ksh per day (includes heaters & inserts, fuel & cotton wool)
- Trailer is hired at 5,000ksh per day (includes insurance)
- White linen table cloths and napkins are hired at 50ksh each
- Cutlery (table knives, forks, soup spoons, dessert spoons, teaspoons) is hired at 15ksh each
- Losses on cutlery is charged at 150ksh each
- High quality cutlery is hired at 35ksh each, losses charged at 250ksh each
EVENT ADMIN FOR PRIVATE FUNCTIONS:
On arrival at the venue we require a member of your staff (senior only) to count all the stock on arrival with our bar representative. Confirmed stock must be signed for and checks for breakages done at this time.
At the end of the event all bottles (full and empty) and glasses will be lined up for your inspection and confirmation is required on quantities for ease of returns process and final billing.

How do I heat up the food
All our frozen meals are simple to heat up either in the microwave, oven or in a dry frying pan
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER
Once we have received your order, please allow 48hrs to process. We endeavour to get your food to you as quickly as possible whilst maintaining the highest possible quality.
HOW DO YOU DELIVER
Delivery is free within Karen and we will try to get your food to you frozen or chilled (if it's fresh). For deliveries outside Karen, local boda-boda charges will apply (approx 600ksh to Westlands). All our orders are sent with a cool box and plenty of ice so your meals will arrive in the best possible condition
